I explained my situation and she was empathetic and helped me get the service I needed. I thank you for being so pleasant during a stressful situation at hand. Mr. Sakis was my technician and man was he spot on. I had another company do the install of my brand new Trane system and boy did they mess up on the wiring and everything else in between. Mr. Sakis was super knowledgeable in the wiring issues and was able to complete the task in a timely manner and made sure everything was back up and running before completing the job. However I took one star away because they, like many others now, will remind(hound) you repeatedly until you leave a review. Great company, but not a fan of this practice.
