I’m performing a air-conditioning refrigeration maintenance on a unit. Maintenancing the unit to prevent a no cool  situation. Checking and servicing the outdoor and indoor components to prevent  the unit from running excessively long and not cooling.  Cleaning and sanitizing the drain lines to prevent  excessive water leakage or a drain clog or excessive drip of water flow from the drain line.
