I had to write to tell you about the excellent service we received from Chris, Robert, Juan & Eric when they did the install of my new 4 ton air handler in the attic of my home.  I heard great things about your company from my neighbors, but these guys rally went above and beyond on this installation and they certainly exceeded my highest expectations.  The installation was a difficult one because of the low clearance in my attic, but that did not deter your crew at all.  They disassembled the old unit and rebuilt the new one despite the cramped conditions and extremely hot attic temperatures, and even stayed on the job until 11PM to make sure the unit was functioning properly and that we had AC before they left.  Throughout the whole installation process, the crew remained professional and courteous.  On top of all that, they left the house spotless, like they had never even been there.  It was the best example of outstanding customer service I have ever seen and you should be very proud of these guys – they are awesome!  Consider us customers for life.
