We have used this contractor, Doctor Cool & Professor Heat – Jim Barry, for the past 25 years. We always pay cash for our new Trane AC systems.

Very thorough in inspecting and measuring my house and asking questions to determine what was needed. I was given a clear estimate containing several options. The workers were prompt, polite, professional, and friendly.

This company is excellent to work with. The estimate was thorough and complete with all cost explained in detail. The installation was completed in a timely fashion. Workers were knowledgeable, polite and explained all of the work they completed. I understand a quality assurance follow – up visit will take place within two weeks.

Our new air conditioner works amazingly well. I can’t believe how easy it is to cool our house now. Nothing that they did for us could have been improved. They even got the new air conditioner installed in less than three hours.

The new system is doing well so far. Although it was only in use for part of the last electricity billing cycle, and the average outside temperatures probably went up at least 10 degrees since the previous bill, our electric bill has been reduced by over $100.00.

Notable qualities include your NATE certified technicians who receive routine training and education, the fact that you have been in business for over 32 years, and you’re A+ rating by the Better Business Bureau. Very few companies implement your standard practices like nitrogen purge while brazing, line-set evacuation down to a 500 micron vacuum, and instrumented balancing of the air flow into each room. Your employees are dedicated, good natured, honest people who take the time to do the job right. They were very patient with all of my questions and request. I feel fortunate that a company like yours exists in the A/C business. Robert and Juan are hardworking good people. They took the time to do the job right.
