I’m at a customers residence performing a cooling and heating tuneup on 2 ac units to prevent a furnace service call.  I’m checking the thermostat, indoor air flow, and under the sink plumbing to avoid a plumbing service call in the future. Before departure  I’ll be offering a annual maintenance tuneup on the Trane air conditioning and heating system.
