My maintenance checkup was done on time as scheduled. George was extremely thorough, checking the system and was kind enough to look around as to why I had so much dust. He did find the problem, I believe! Thank you for your respect of my home and my pets and your thorough checkup of both units, AC and heat systems.

From the first visit, Michael was professional and on top of everything. The contractors Dr Cool hired for our re-pipe were professional and experienced. Any questions I had were answered right away.

I received excellent service from my service technician Elias and his assistant for my yearly AC/Heating maintenance. They were both very knowledgeable, professional and explained what they were going to do during the inspection. They kept me informed on any issues they found and what their recommendations were.
Very pleased with the service they provided. Excellent service!!

Noor was very informative about the job and most of all he took pictures & showed me proof to justify my issues. I have already made a referral to my friend.

Aaron was very friendly and appeared to know his business
He also checked on the flow of air to our second bedroom and every thing appeared to be working properly
I would like for him to do our future maintenance check ups
