EXCELLENT Based on 1271 reviews Sandra HamFebruary 2, 2024Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I called in and talked to Miss Miranda and she was delightful to speak with. I explained my situation and she was empathetic and helped me get the service I needed. I thank you for being so pleasant during a stressful situation at hand. Mr. Sakis was my technician and man was he spot on. I had another company do the install of my brand new Trane system and boy did they mess up on the wiring and everything else in between. Mr. Sakis was super knowledgeable in the wiring issues and was able to complete the task in a timely manner and made sure everything was back up and running before completing the job. I appreciate his know ledge and kindness so much. An absolute gem of a company and I am so glad I went with Dr. cool for my AC needs! I really have no problem with the service or any technician. They are very prompt and do great work. However I took one star away because they, like many others now, will remind(hound) you repeatedly until you leave a review. Great company, but not a fan of this practice. Lisa RJanuary 20, 2024Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I have been with Dr. Cool for 14 years. 2 systems and complete faith we will be taken care of. Blowing Warm Air
If you notice that your AC system is blowing air that is not as cold as it once was, it is a cause for alarm. There are several different reason this could happen, but the two most common are low coolant levels and a compressor that is not functioning properly.

The presence of a water leak can indicate a block or broken drain which can cause the leak. Condensation build up and drainage leaks can cause mold, rust and corrosion.
