My maintenance checkup was done on time as scheduled. George was extremely thorough, checking the system and was kind enough to look around as to why I had so much dust. He did find the problem, I believe! Thank you for your respect of my home and my pets and your thorough checkup of both units, AC and heat systems.Posted on Google![]()

Blowing Warm Air
If you notice that your AC system is blowing air that is not as cold as it once was, it is a cause for alarm. There are several different reason this could happen, but the two most common are low coolant levels and a compressor that is not functioning properly.
Banging, Unusual or Loud Noises From the AC Unit
These noises could sound like a knocking, high pitched whine, or a grinding sound indicate the lack of lubrication for bearing, damaged bearings, or other hardware is malfunctioning.
AC System Leaks
A low amount of condensation is normal for your AC system. However if there is enough to appear that the system is leaking is not normal. The presence of a water leak can indicate a block or broken drain which can cause the leak. Condensation build up and drainage leaks can cause mold, rust and corrosion. Leaking refrigerant is a much more serious issue that can be a health risk if not repaired quickly.
Unusual and Unpleasant Odors
If you suddenly smell an odor that resembles moldy, acid, burnt, or musty odors can indicate the presence of mold, burning wires, or hardware malfunctions. If your HVAC system has any of these issues, call Doctor Cool immediately to schedule a system analysis.
Reduced Air Flow
Have you noticed a drop in the air flow from your air conditioning system? If so, chances are it is not cooling or heating your home or office the way it is designed. There are a variety of different reasons for disrupted air flow that include: failing compressor, blocked filters, ductwork issues, or even electrical issues. An Aging HVAC System
