The contractor is the best of any contractor we have ever worked with.  So many contractors just want to install equipment & leave.  Doctor Cool & Professor Heat balanced my air-flow.  Informed me that my air return was too small & duct-work was inadequate.  So we replaced it.  The other contractors never even looked at it.  Doctor Cool does all of the work as if your home is top of the line, even though our home is 30 years old.  You are fortunate to have Doctor Cool representing your product.
