My air conditioner stopped working.  I called Doctor Cool.  The technician explained everything to me and I chose to replace it with a new Trane high-efficiency system.  Doctor Cool was the contractor.  Everything was excellent!  When the installation was complete I even received a call from the Trane Company and they asked me to do a “customer satisfaction survey”. I did and the result was 100% satisfaction, as Doctor Cool guaranteed it would be.
