I called in and talked to Miss Miranda and she was delightful to speak with. I explained my situation and she was empathetic and helped me get the service I needed. I thank you for being so pleasant during a stressful situation at hand. Mr. Sakis was my technician and man was he spot on. I had another company do the install of my brand new Trane system and boy did they mess up on the wiring and everything else in between. Mr. Sakis was super knowledgeable in the wiring issues and was able to complete the task in a timely manner and made sure everything was back up and running before completing the job. I appreciate his know ledge and kindness so much. An absolute gem of a company and I am so glad I went with Dr. cool for my AC needs!

Transparent and honest. I bought a new system during the freeze this winter. They work with the family to keep the house warm. They made sure to keep us informed on all updates. Now we are apart of the Cool club and we feel like family.

Technician did a thorough job and provided several suggestions for improving efficiency without being overly pushy.
