Over a 39 month period I researched 84 contractors, obtained 11 bids, and concluded that Dr. Cool & Professor Heat was the top choice to replace my system.

Notable qualities include your NATE certified technicians who receive routine training and education, the fact that you have been in business for over 32 years, and you’re A+ rating by the Better Business Bureau. Very few companies implement your standard practices like nitrogen purge while brazing, line-set evacuation down to a 500 micron vacuum, and instrumented balancing of the air flow into each room. Your employees are dedicated, good natured, honest people who take the time to do the job right. They were very patient with all of my questions and request.

I feel fortunate that a company like yours exists in the A/C business.
